Prospective Villa Renters The information on potential rental properties published within this web site is provided by the owner/letting agent, the accuracy of this information is the owner's/letting agent's responsibility. Potential clients should view the terms and conditions associated with the proposed property rental and confirm the accuracy of the information provided with regard to the property by requesting the owners individual renting T & C's. Villas near Disney will not warrant or accept responsibility for any misrepresentation provided by the owner/letting agent. All bookings made through the Villas near Disney web site are strictly between the guest and the villa owner/agent. All payments and contracts are between the guest and the villa owner/agent. Villas near Disney acts only as an introductory service and are in no way part of any contract between the guest and villa owner/agent. Villas near Disney accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of any disputes relating to contracts made between the guest and villa owner/agent, but will endeavour to assist where required. Villa Owners T & C's To add your villa to our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:- * I am the owner of this home, or have the owners permission to add this home to the Villas near Disney website. * I agree to pay the subscription fee, when I am happy with the page created. I understand that payment must be received before my listing is "live". * I will not use referrals or enquiries obtained from this website to assist in vacation home letting for any other home than the one(s) paid for with a yearly subscription. * I will not pass any information provided by Villas near Disney to any other villa owner not registered for advertising. * I will not have links on my web site that lead to vacation rental sites either directly or indirectly. * I will not allow links to be placed on my web site that advertise vacation homes either directly or indirectly. * I will not use this website to facilitate unwanted "spam" of prospective customers.

If an owner fails to meet the above conditions, Villas near Disney shall be entitled to: -

Remove the advertised vacation home and its owner from its list of approved owners and properties without further notice; Advertising is not transferable in the event of your selling your home. Any webpage created for your villa will remain on our website until the end of the subscription period until you a) advise us to remove the listing, or b) fail to pay to renew the advertisement, at which time the webpage will be deleted without further contact. No refund will be given. Owners who own or operate a vacation rental site that in anyway conflicts with Villas near Disney will be removed. You are agreeing to purchase advertising for one year, Villas near Disney will make every effort to secure bookings for your villa, on your behalf, but is not responsible for actually booking your home and cannot guarantee that you will achieve rentals. We will not refund advertising fees under these conditions.
